We recently completed an essential project in Toronto for a family in need of a soil retention wall for their front yard. This project addressed significant erosion issues in their yard. Here’s a detailed look at how the soil retention wall makes a difference for this property and the steps involved in its construction.
Soil retention walls are crucial for holding back soil and preventing erosion, especially on sloped areas. For this Toronto home, the front yard had a noticeable slope, which caused soil erosion and made the area difficult to maintain. We excavated the area, carefully digging a trench to ensure a solid foundation for the wall.
