Responsibilities:

∙ Read and interpret engineer drawings, regular drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate material order.
∙ Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools.
∙ Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, composite, PVC and aluminum.
∙ Install framing for cabanas, gazebos and house extensions.
∙ Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, moulding and hardware.
∙ Maintain, repair and renovate exterior structures like cabanas, gazebos and pergolas.
∙ Supervise apprentices and other construction workers in your team.
∙ May prepare a material estimate for ordering and building.
∙ Coordinating any deliveries you need with the team through our various Whatsapp groups.
∙ Communicate with the project manager when necessary.
