For this King City mansion, the AHS team was called to completely transform the backyard space. It was a luxurious and ambitious project that our team was excited to take on, with a number of unique and complex land features involved. Our designers, contractors, specialists and managers are incredibly proud of the work done for this client and the final result that blew them away.
We started the project right at the client’s doorstep, installing a gorgeous concrete entrance. We laid a criss-cross stone paving pattern, flanked by interlocked driveways on either side. The entrance was completed with a sealed driveway, guiding visitors gracefully to the house. Softscaping added a final touch of natural beauty, with lush grass enhancing the landscape.
Moving to the backyard, we started with a charming patio installation, offering a cozy spot to unwind and entertain. The spotlight of the backyard, a swimming pool area, features custom flagstone and a hot tub on an elevated platform. Adjacent to the pool, we installed a gazebo, inviting moments of shaded relaxation. The steps placed beside the pool led to a sprawling grassy expanse, providing ample room for various outdoor activities and play.
We then moved ahead to build a full-length sports court at the other end of the backyard that embodied the spirit of play and fun. This versatile court can be used to host games like basketball, tennis, and more, offering a space where family and friends could come together for shared fun, bringing an entirely new dimension to the backyard. Completing the scene, we installed a pergola on the deck of the upper floor. This shaded retreat offered a respite from the sun and a bird’s-eye view of the outdoor paradise.
From inception to completion, this project was one of absolute and uncompromising transformation, turning an ordinary backyard into an extraordinary haven.
