ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Sales Manager at AHS is a full-cycle closer and client advisor — handling everything from first contact to contract signature. You’ll manage yourself, your time, your pipeline, and your deals. With 20–30 qualified appointments per week, you’ll spend your time in the field, on the phone, and at the table closing high-value construction projects.

As an AZ Driver at AHS, you’re a critical player in our daily operations. You’ll be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of materials, tools, equipment, and occasionally team members between our warehouse, suppliers, and project sites across the GTA.

- Degree or diploma in Landscape Design and / or Architecture, Horticulture, or related field (preferred)

- Strong horticultural knowledge: plant species and planting design
- Excellent digital layout and rendering skills

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and install custom outdoor wood structures: decks, pergolas, cabanas, fencing, gates, benches, screens, and more
- Interpret blueprints, plans, and site drawings
- Collaborate with the design and landscaping teams to align carpentry with the overall project vision
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and carpentry equipment safely and efficiently
- Measure, cut, assemble, and secure wood and other materials with precision
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations
- Load/unload materials and keep job sites tidy and efficient
- Maintain tools and report damaged or missing equipment
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of carpentry experience (outdoor or landscaping carpentry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of framing, finishing, and joinery
- Ability to read construction drawings and plans
- Comfortable using power tools and woodworking machinery
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials, working outdoors in various conditions
