• Lead Conversion – Follow up with inbound leads from marketing, events, and referrals

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build vinyl pool, concrete, and fiberglass pools
• Install pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and purification systems
• Collaborate with landscapers and site supervisors to ensure project alignment
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and worksite plans
• Maintain safety and quality control on every job site
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical installation issues on-site
• Ensure timely completion of all tasks within project deadlines
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2+ years experience building vinyl pools, concrete, or fiberglass pools
• Strong understanding of pool construction techniques, plumbing, and systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specs
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-focused environmen
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

The Landscape Project Manager at AHS oversees all phases of landscape construction projects. • Proficiency with project management software and CRM tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Use smartphones for photos, reports, and communication
• Report regularly to Yard Management and Company Director
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2–3 years experience with heavy equipment
• Ability to perform maintenance per manufacturer service hours
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Mechanic license preferred but not required
• Proficiency with smartphones for work reporting
• Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
